Why Midwest Megachurches Are Ditching $3,600/Year Cloud Check-In Subscriptions for Local Jetson Nano Appliances

⚠️ The Operational Bottleneck & SaaS Drain

Multi-campus Midwest churches running 500 to 5,000+ kids every Sunday morning are paying $1,800 to $4,800/year forever to cloud SaaS platforms—only to have Sunday check-in freeze completely whenever local fiber drops or cloud servers lag at 8:55 AM.

Across Columbus, Indianapolis, Grand Rapids, Kansas City, Springfield MO & Chicagoland, executive boards, school superintendents, daycare owners, and facility directors are realizing that renting cloud check-in software exposes sensitive youth/visitor data to outside servers while creating a single point of failure whenever local internet fluctuates.
